About the RoleWe are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Executive / Bookkeeper to join our Client growing business based in Wicklow. This is a part-time position to start, with strong potential to develop into a full-time role for the right individual.Due to the nature of the role and office location, this position is best suited to candidates who are based locally in Wicklow or the surrounding area and who can drive, as public transport options are not suitable and commuting from areas along the M50 corridor is not feasible.This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, stability, and long-term progression within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue customer quotes
• Raise, manage, and track invoices
• Prepare and maintain accounts records
• Carry out general bookkeeping and finance administration duties
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation
• Provide ongoing financial and administrative support to the business
• Ensure all financial records are organised, compliant, and accurate

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts, or finance administration
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day financial tasks
• Comfortable handling routine financial processes with accuracy and consistency
• Reliable, proactive, and capable of growing with the business
