What is this challenge about

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leading at least two engineering teams with a deep understanding of different user personas (CISO, AppSec Manager, and others) and their needs.
• Execute the roadmap in collaboration with a cross-functional team of developers, QA, and Program Manager, ensuring continuous delivery of customer value.
• Partner with the Head of Product Management to define and prioritize the backlog, creating epics and user stories, while using data to drive prioritization of features and quality improvements.
• Collaborate closely with customer developers, sales, R&D, support, and other product managers to deliver releases that meet business needs and integrate seamlessly into company’s unified platform-based product portfolio.
• Act as a thought leader, ensuring impactful and integrated customer experiences.

What we are looking for

• +5 years experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven experience working with B2B SaaS/Cloud products.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience using data tools (e.g., Gainsight, Pendo).
• Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements with development teams and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and MVP approaches.
• Demonstrated analytical, structured, and data-driven problem-solving skills to prioritize complex, multi-dimensional challenges.
• Living in Braga (Hybrid role)
• Fluent level of English.
