What You’ll Be Doing Day to DayYour role is all about providing health advice through focused conversations with our patients and giving clear and accurate answers. Key Duties Include:Tailoring Conversations: Ensure each customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.Technical Dispensing Tasks: Manage the safe supply of medicines, including ordering, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, and collection of prescriptions.Compliance: Adhere to legal and professional requirements and accepted guidance on professional practice.Engagement with GPs: Seek opportunities to promote services and items by engaging with GPs and practice teams.Efficient Operations: Deliver efficient dispensary operations and minimize dispensing losses. To join us, you will need:Qualifications: An NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services.Experience: Current or previous experience working as a Pharmacy Dispenser.Additional Training: A Medicines Counter Assistant qualification or equivalent. If not already completed, we’ll support you to complete our training within 6 months of joining.Working HoursThis is a full-time role with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.
