The team also builds automated testing frameworks that enable end users to write functional integration tests using straightforward scripting methods—including mocking and stubbing inputs and outputs for our front-office trading systems.Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and independent Sr. Software Developer in Test with deep expertise in Python. In this role, you will:

• Design and develop testing frameworks and tools tailored to trading and engineering workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to troubleshoot Linux OS and trading system issues
• Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions within tight timelines
• Build and maintain efficient automation test suites using Pytest
• Contribute to ongoing framework enhancements and improve overall test coverage

Required Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in financial services, specifically with front-office trading systems
• 10+ years of professional experience with Python
• Deep understanding of FIX protocol and trading concepts
• Knowledge of financial asset classes including equities, options, and market data
• Proven expertise in building scalable automation frameworks with Pytest
• Solid working knowledge of Linux systems and Git version control

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker
• Knowledge of Java and Perl
• Exposure to back-office and clearing operations
• Strong analytical thinking and independent problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management habits
