About this Position:
Job Title: Change Manager
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading organization-wide change management initiatives, particularly related to implementation of new technology in large organizations of 500+ employees .
  • Experience working effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including executive leadership, frontline staff, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Experience coordinating closely with IT and technical project teams to align change management activities with system development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Strong understanding of how to align change management activities with overall project management milestones.
  • Experience using project management tools for reporting progress.
  • Public safety experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Professional certifications in change management are a plus but not a requirement.
