TikTok Creator Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced TikTok Creator Relationship Specialist to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will manage and nurture partnerships between UK-based TikTok creators and merchants, with a focus on TikTok Shop product promotions. You’ll play a key role in identifying high-potential creators, managing collaborations, and ensuring smooth campaign delivery that drives sales performance.Responsibilities:Creator Collaboration: Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with TikTok creators to promote selected TikTok Shop products in the UK market.Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, launching, and managing creator campaigns across TikTok, ensuring delivery meets campaign goals and KPIs.Merchant Communication: Collaborate closely with the merchant team to understand product features, campaign needs, and expected outcomes.Contract Management: Support negotiations, track agreements, and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.Performance Analysis: Regularly review creator performance data and campaign results to optimize future collaborations.Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, platform features, and UK user behavior.Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure campaign content is aligned and effective.Requirements:Proven experience working with TikTok Shop (agency or brand-side experience preferred).1+ years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, or sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both creators and internal teams.Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.A solid understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and creator community in the UK.Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and data analysis is a plus.Bachelor’s degree preferred (A-Level or equivalent minimum).Salary: £26,000/year base salaryHigh performers will be eligible for an early salary increase before annual reviewBonus structure based on performance metrics and campaign successWork Location: On-site in London (Required)Visa Sponsorship:After one year of successful performance, we may offer a UK Working Visa sponsorship based on contribution and role necessity.Start Date: ASAPJob Type: Full-timePay: £26,000.00 per yearBenefits:
