• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist in serving customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately, and providing recommendations when necessary.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and support each other in daily tasks.
• Perform basic maths calculations for handling cash transactions accurately.

Experience
While previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous, it is not essential as we provide comprehensive training for all new Crew Members. Ideal candidates should possess:

• A keen interest in food preparation and culinary skills.
• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A basic understanding of food safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
