Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of 60+ pastry professionals

Develop innovative, scalable products without compromising quality

Balance traditional techniques with efficient, semi-automated processes

Oversee recipe costing, production planning, and team development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, QA, Marketing)

What Youll Bring

Leadership in large-scale pastry or bakery operations

Expertise in viennoiserie, laminated doughs, and patisserie

Experience with semi-automated systems and 24/7 production

Strong creativity, commercial acumen, and food safety knowledge

Bonus if you have:
International experience, luxury hotel or retail background, or wholesale account management.
