We are currently hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading international technology company based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a great opportunity for candidates currently living in Italy who are interested in relocating to Portugal while working remotely from within the country.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with product-related questions and technical issues
- Deliver high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and good English level
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
Schedule
- Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts)
- 08:00 – 19:00
- 2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational day)
