About the Roles We have multiple openings for Roofers and Cladders who are skilled in the installation of metal roofing and cladding systems. Team Leader roles involve organising site teams and workflows while remaining hands-on to assist the team as needed. These positions offer excellent career growth opportunities and a chance to work on high-quality projects. Key Experience Required

• Installation of Kingspan insulated roof and wall panels
• Installation of Longrun metal roofing and cladding
• Experience with architectural cladding profiles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Strong practical, on-the-tools experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install metal roofing and insulated panel systems to project specifications
• Install architectural cladding profiles ensuring high-quality finishes
• For Team Leaders: coordinate and organise site teams and daily works
• Assist on-site hands-on when required to support the team
• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on schedule

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Roofer, Cladder, or Team Leader in commercial projects
• Construction White Card and Working at Heights certification (essential)
• Valid driver’s license (essential)
• EWP ticket preferred but not mandatory
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills for Team Leader roles
