Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Accommodation available and At-least 1 year of experience required. Duties- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a lively, organised, and efficient working environment.
Qualifications- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant roles, preferably as a bartender or in a similar setting.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and licensing regulations related to alcohol service.
- Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining cleanliness and stock levels.
- A personable attitude with excellent communication skills is vital for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
