Payroll Specialist – UK Visa Sponsorship New Line Construction LTD is looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to join our finance team. The chosen applicant will have responsibility for the precise and efficient processing of payroll in line with relevant legislation. This is a fantastic chance to apply your knowledge in payroll systems and HR administration within a dynamic business. Payroll Specialist will be an integral component in keeping employees happy through accurate and timely payroll processing and supporting the general functioning of the organization. Job Duties

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing with systems such as Workday, HRIS, People Soft and accounting software like Quick Books
• Enter employee details, hours worked, deductions, and benefits accurately
• Compare payroll data with accounts payable records and other financial documents
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policy and procedures relating to payroll and human resources
• Prepare payroll activity reports and analyse data for anomalies or abnormalities
• Partner with human resources to maintain personnel records and manage payroll-related issues
• Assist with year‑end activities, such as tax filings and reporting procedures
• Provide payroll documentation and analysis to support internal audits

Experience

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or related function in a human resources or financial setting
• Experience with payroll systems such as Workday, People Soft, HRIS systems, and accounting programs such as Quick Books
• Skills:
  
  Accounts payable processes, data input, financial analysis. Proven expertise in these areas
• Knowledge of applicable laws involving payroll, taxes, and employee benefits
• Excellent organisational skills and capacity to multi-task successfully under tight deadlines

Experience of working with human resources functions is an advantage but not a pre‑requisite.
