Financial Accounts Manager – UK Visa Sponsorship We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Account Manager to monitor customer relationships and develop the business within our company. The selected candidate will be responsible for financial management, strategic planning and superior service delivery. • Build and maintain quality customer connections by understanding their financial needs and ambitions
• Manage financial management functions including budgeting, planning, and forecasting
• Manage accounts payable processing to ensure timely and correct payment and record keeping
• Monitor costs and develop cost management programs to ensure maximum profitability
• Provide leadership to the team, guiding junior staff and promoting a team working atmosphere
• Analyse financial data to detect patterns, risks and opportunities for clients and the company
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate the smooth supply of financial services
• Develop detailed reports on account performance and share the results with stakeholders
• Keep abreast on industry regulations and best practices in financial services

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in financial management, accounting or similar areas
• Excellent understanding of financial accounting principles and processes
• Experience in offering financial services with an emphasis on client satisfaction
• Proven leadership abilities with a knack for inspiring and leading teams
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and cost control methods
• Excellent organisation abilities with attention to detail when dealing with several accounts at the same time
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to analyse complex financial data
• Preference will be given to those with relevant qualifications in finance, accounting or business management

• Salary: £24,420.00–£45,000.04 per year
