Role OverviewThe Business Development Manager will drive Pine Visa’s growth by developing partnerships with U.S. employers, universities, and international recruitment agencies. This role requires strong business acumen, sales skills, and knowledge of visa-based staffing programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Partnerships
  • Prospect and secure partnerships with U.S. employers in healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and education for EB-3, H2B, H2A and J-1 staffing.
  • Develop collaborations with universities, training providers, and overseas recruiters.
  • Present Pine Visa’s staffing programs, compliance process, and value proposition to potential clients.

Sales & Business Growth
  • Develop sales pipelines and strategies to meet client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate agreements and service contracts with employers and partners.
  • Expand Pine Visa’s reach into new industries and regions.

Market Research & Compliance
  • Monitor U.S. labor market needs and immigration program updates.
  • Identify new workforce gaps where EB-3 and J-1 visa solutions apply.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Labor and USCIS requirements.

Relationship Management
  • Act as the main liaison between employers, candidates, and Pine Visa’s internal processing team.
  • Provide ongoing client support to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain trust and transparency with all stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, staffing, or international recruitment.
  • Familiarity with EB-3, J-1, or other U.S. visa programs (preferred).
  • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and client presentations.
  • Ability to work with multicultural teams and stakeholders worldwide.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
