Next door, Rhone Wine Merchant is our wine retail, cellar, and private dining room, hand-selected, producer-driven, with a serious soft spot for Burgundy.Together: a small, tight-knit operation with big standards, a genuine community, and something worth being part of.THE ROLEYou'll run and manage the day-to-day operartions across both venues, the floor, the team, the wine program, and the events that keep people coming back. You'll work with the team, not above them. You'll be the face guests ask for and the person your team turns to.WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead service: present, hands-on, genuinely engaged
• Build a team culture where people feel valued and want to stay
• Curate and evolve the wine list across both venues with a real point of view
• Host tastings, masterclasses, and wine dinners people actually enjoy
• Work the Rhone retail floor and grow a loyal customer base
• Manage stock, ordering, and COGS; contribute to P&L conversations

YOU

• Deep, genuine love of wine
• WSET Level 2+ (or working toward it — tell us)
• Proven experience leading a hospitality team
• Experience hosting wine events, not just pouring them
• People remember you, not just the service
