What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience designing and building physical electronic hardware
- Strong experience with PCB design and schematic capture
- Hands-on experience with Altium Designer
- Experience taking a PCB through the full development cycle: design → prototype → bring-up → testing → manufacturing
- Strong board-level debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, and other electronics lab equipment
- Programming experience in C, C++, and/or Python
- Understanding of circuit design, power management, signal integrity, and hardware validation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with significant individual ownership
- Willingness to travel periodically for field deployments
