OverviewWe are seeking a talented and passionate Indian Curry Chef to join our culinary team. Duties- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste through efficient food production practices.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continually enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry for three Years.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines, demonstrating creativity in food preparation.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both cooking and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
