Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Indian Curry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with exceptional leadership skills to manage kitchen operations effectively. This role is integral to delivering high-quality dishes while ensuring food safety and maintaining a positive hospitality environment. Duties
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste through efficient food production practices.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continually enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry for three Years.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines, demonstrating creativity in food preparation.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both cooking and presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
