Commis Chef - Japanese Food

They are a rapidly growing and dynamic F&B company based in Australia, operating a variety of concepts including cafés, espresso bars, sushi & fresh bars, and fine dining establishments.

With plans for further business expansion nationwide this year, we are seeking passionate and motivated individuals who share our values and are eager to grow and develop with us.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Japanese restaurants
• Sushi or all-round Japanese kitchen experience
• Strong understanding of Japanese and fusion cuisine
• Experience with menu development and quality control
• Ability to work in high-end and high-volume environments
• A team-oriented and responsible mindset
