Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and medical documentation, with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This role requires a compassionate approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Looking for Registered Nurses and candidates with existing Asylum Pending, TPS, or DACA statuses and Canadian Nurses to apply!
• Visa / Green Card Visa Sponsorship is included as part of this position. Up to $3,000 relocation bonus.
• Only candidates with NCLEX and RN License in the US are eligible.

Experience

• Holds a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or Canada.
• Previous experience in dialysis nursing or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficient in medical documentation practices and patient care protocols.
• Strong understanding of renal anatomy and physiology as it relates to dialysis treatment.
• Experienced in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including monitoring vital signs and evaluating responses to treatment.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while educating patients and their families about the dialysis process and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions or concerns promptly.
• Stay current with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and best practices in dialysis care.
