Full Time Occupational Therapist Brisbane Area - Aged Care

We are looking for an in house Full-Time Occupational Therapist
With NO weekend calls and after hours work
Home visits and working in the office with multidisciplinary team

We are excited to welcome a full-time Occupational Therapist to our team. With home visits and head office role to support our senior clients the age of 65 and above.

• Deliver Allied Health services within a multidisciplinary team in line with organisational policies, the Aged Care Act, and Quality Standards.
• Conduct assessments, care planning, and reviews to identify clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs in their home
• Support clients to safely achieve their individual goals while promoting independence and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and communication

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Current AHPRA registration or willingness to register as per Australian standard
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Full Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive to Client's home
• Australian National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Full Australian work right
• We are open for sponsorship for the right candidate

Highly Desirable :

• For Australian Citizen and Permanent Resident applicant, having access to a reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance is desirable
• Experience working as Occupational Therapist in aged care sector
• Community work experience
• Proficiency in other language
