The role is for an experienced carpenter capable of managing and delivering residential, commercial and insurance building works from start to finish.Works include renovations, repairs, framing, fix outs, cladding, demolition, make safes, reinstatement works and general carpentry across Darwin and regional NT.The successful applicant will be expected to:

• Run projects independently
• Manage labour and coordinate trades onsite
• Read plans and scopes of works
• Organise materials and keep jobs progressing
• Maintain quality workmanship and site presentation
• Communicate with supervisors, clients and project managers
• Complete hands-on carpentry works when required

This is not just a hammer-swinging role. We are looking for somebody capable of taking ownership of jobs and managing projects properly from commencement through to completion.Vehicle and tools preferred, however company vehicle and tools can be supplied for the right candidate.Rates negotiable based on experience and capability.Pay: $85,000.00 – $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:
