Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be adept at using hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet, contributing to our commitment to high-quality service. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs on engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed on vehicles, including parts used and time spent on repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair jobs while adhering to safety standards.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and development.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driving licence is advantageous for this position.
