Join Citrus Living – a leading NZ property developer – as we expand into Singapore. We’re looking for a self-motivated sales and acquisitions professional to help drive new home sales, secure development land, and raise project funding. What You’ll Do: – Sell new homes off the plans (NZ + SG buyers) – Source land deals in Auckland and Christchurch – Present equity opportunities to offshore investors – Work closely with our Director and NZ-based team – Travel to New Zealand twice a year (minimum) What You’ll Need: – Property, investment, or sales experience – Strong communication and negotiation skills – Ability to work independently and travel internationally What You’ll Get: – NZD $36,000 base salary – Up to $16,000 commission per sale – 1% land acquisition commission – Company car + phone plan (when in NZ) – Visa sponsorship available Apply Now.
