We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both human resources and financial management within a healthcare setting. This role is crucial for ensuring that our practice runs smoothly, providing excellent patient care while managing staff effectively. Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the dental practice, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.
• Supervise and support dental staff
• Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
• Handle financial management tasks such as budgeting, billing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure optimal patient scheduling and treatment planning.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction with their experience at the practice.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing a dental or veterinary practice is highly desirable.
• Strong background in human resources management, including recruitment and employee relations.
• Demonstrated skills in financial management, including budgeting and accounting practices.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Exceptional organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in using practice management software and other relevant technology.
