Magentic is looking for a Chief of Staff We are looking for a brilliant Chief of Staff to join our team at Magentic. We’re pushing the boundaries of AI with next-generation agentic systems that can manage entire workflows. We’re focusing on a three trillion dollar market of supply chains and procurement.

About the Role
We are searching for a Chief of Staff to operate as the strategic right-hand to our founding team, establishing and managing the inner workings of the company across customer operations, finance, legal, HR, and administrative systems. You will architect scalable internal processes and infrastructure for operational excellence from the early days of the company.
This role involves managing essential business functions, from financial planning, to legal negotiations, recruitment operations, and customer acquisition workflows. You will directly facilitate our growth by optimizing CRM (customer relationship management) and ATS (applicant tracking systems) and enabling efficient coordination across teams and external partners. You will lay the foundations so that Magentic becomes a skyscraper working with the world’s largest supply-chain organisations.
Tasks
In this role, you will:
  • Manage operational and financial processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalable growth.
  • Lead customer outreach optimisation and CRM strategies, optimizing customer engagement and sales workflows.
  • Oversee legal, compliance, and administrative functions, facilitating seamless operations across the business.
  • Build and run HR systems and recruitment processes, supporting talent acquisition and team development
  • Establish and maintain internal systems, driving operational excellence and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, aligning teams and resources to accelerate company objectives.


Requirements

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
