Job Duties: Move, carry, set up tables, chairs and equipment. Carry food service tray. Deliver food and beverage, clean and set tables, remove dishes, replace soiled table linens; replenish linens, silverware, glassware and dishes; supply service bar with food; serve items such as water, coffee and condiments. Slice and pit fruit used to garnish drinks. Stock serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers. Side work as assigned. No minimum education or experience required. Employer will provide on-the-job training. New employees are subject to pre-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work a minimum 5-day workweek, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand and bend repetitively during entire shift. Applicants must complete an employment application. Employer will offer a minimum 35 hours per week. Rotating schedule: Sunday - Saturday, 10:30am-4pm, 4pm-11pm, 10:30am-11pm, and 6:30am-3:30pm. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy and business demands. Tip position with basic wage rate of pay $13.63 per hour. Allowed tip credit applied per FLSA guidelines to meet offered wage. FLSA Tip Credit taken as follows: Basic wage of $7.50 per hour and $6.13 tip credit per hour to make the guaranteed rate of $13.63 per hour. Employer will guarantee offered wage for hours worked when allowed tip credit does not make hourly wage equal or exceed the offered wage of $13.63 per hour. Employer may increase wage based on experience, performance, tenure, and/or market conditions. Overtime may be available at $20.45 per hour. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Pay received bi-weekly. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law and deduct approved cost of housing if worker elects. Optional employee shared housing, including utilities, approximate cost $150-$200 per week. Optional health insurance per ACA guidelines, including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits available, cost varies based on selected plan, available for payroll deduction if employee elects. Daily transportation provided between employer housing and worksite at no cost to employee. Employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Required uniform provided at no cost to employee.
