Caregiver – Fixed Term (6-Month Maternity Leave Cover) 25 Hours per Week | Morning, Afternoon & Weekend Shifts Looking for new Health Care Assistants to join our dynamic and dedicated team in Aged Care.

We are on the lookout for motivated Health Care Assistants to join our dynamic team and help with our increasing business needs at our Sunnyvale based Facility.
Other requirements include:

• Be committed to providing excellent service delivery as part of our friendly dedicated team.
• Sound clinical knowledge.
• Be able to work shift work (mornings/afternoon and night) and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• They must have good time management skills and be able to lead by example.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in Aged Care is preferred.
• Applicants have to be in New Zealand; visa support and paperwork will be provided.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team on a fixed-term 6-month contract to cover maternity leave. This role is for 25 hours per week, including morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts. About the Role: You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and contributing to a safe, respectful, and homely environment. Key Requirements:

• NZ Residency or a current valid NZ Work Visa
• A full and current Driver’s Licence preferred
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• An empathic, patient, gentle, and caring nature
• Genuine enjoyment in working with the elderly
• Ability to work rostered shifts, including weekends
• Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
