Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 base + competitive equity

About The Role

This is a foundational growth hire working directly with the Head of Growth to scale ARR aggressively. The role blends growth strategy, execution, content, PLG experimentation, events, and cross-functional GTM work. High ownership, high pace, highly hands-on.

What You'll Own
  • Design and execute acquisition strategy across AEO/SEO, SEM, paid channels, social, and growth experimentation
  • Collaborate with product and engineering on viral loops, in-product engagement, and conversion optimization
  • Launch high-impact content including webinars, case studies, blog posts, white papers, and outbound enablement assets
  • Build and scale rapid experimentation frameworks
  • Plan and execute events, conferences, and associated email campaigns
  • Drive demand generation and qualified pipeline creation
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering
  • Build marketing infrastructure for a category-defining AI company

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of growth marketing experience
  • B2B SaaS or high-growth B2C background
  • Demand generation and lead generation ownership
  • Multi-channel campaign execution experience
  • Strong growth experimentation instincts
  • Product-led growth and conversion optimization interest
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content instincts
  • Analytical decision-making with clear ROI orientation
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution
  • Full-time onsite in NYC or SF

Target Backgrounds

Strong signals include prior consulting, strategy, or growth consulting backgrounds, investment banking backgrounds, strong school pedigree, well-known consumer or high-growth startup experience, fully owned campaign channels end to end, strong experimentation mindset, and high ownership startup execution energy.
