• Enhanced pay rate of £12.88/hour (higher than our standard £12.21/hour rate)

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide personalised care including personal assistance and medication support
• Maintain care continuity during nights and weekends
• Respond to emergencies with calm professionalism
• Support residents' daily living activities and wellbeing
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team

What we're looking for:

• Experience in care or support roles
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and waking nights
• Good communication skills and emergency response ability
• Supportive of Christian values and ethos
• Physically and mentally fit for the demands of the role
• Willingness to undertake training
