Field Service Technician – Commercial Cleaning Equipment

Why this role is differentMost technician jobs are the same four walls, same machine, every day.At Commercial Cleaning Machines, you’ll be on-site at Council facilities, hospitals, aged care centres, universities, and industrial sites across South East Queensland, servicing and repairing some of the most advanced commercial floor cleaning equipment available, including autonomous cleaning robots.Small team. Real variety. Direct access to the owner. Your work matters here.What you’ll be doing

• Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing commercial floor cleaning machines (scrubbers, sweepers, pressure washers, autonomous robots)
• Travelling to customer sites across SEQ in your fully maintained company vehicle
• Building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted go to technician
• Completing job records via our field management system (SimPRO)

What we’re looking for

• Trade background or strong mechanical/electrical aptitude (formal qualifications helpful, not essential)
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment, forklifts, plant equipment, or similar
• Organised, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Full Australian driver’s licence
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with clients
