• Maintain a clean and organised work area, including proper sanitation of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfil food production needs efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of meat products and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
• Provide guidance on cooking techniques and meat selection to kitchen staff and customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends related to butchery and culinary practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Butcher or in a similar role within the culinary or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
