Program OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated early-career candidates to join our
Management Trainee Early Career Program, designed to cultivate future operational and strategic leaders within our organization.This program emphasizes
real-world immersion, rapid skill development, and long-term growth, following a “quantity to quality” philosophy: intensive hands-on exposure builds the foundation for accelerated professional advancement.Participants will begin with a structured evaluation residency, working closely with senior leadership to gain deep insight into decision-making processes, operational coordination, and business strategy. After successful completion, trainees will transition into specialized career tracks aligned with their strengths and interests.
Program Structure Phase 1 — Initial Evaluation Residency (Month 1)Participants begin with a short-term evaluation residency at out local farm houses designed to assess adaptability, execution capability, and professional potential.During this period, trainees will:
- Support executive coordination, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Prepare structured meeting notes and assist with operational organization
- Gain exposure to real-world business operations through limited on-site residency at our Illinois farm
- Complete structured onboarding training covering company culture, management fundamentals, operational workflows, and essential systems
This phase is stipend-supported, with farm-residency, meals, and approved expenses covered. Advancement to the trainee development phase is based on overall performance.
Phase 2 — Trainee Development Period (3–6 Months)Trainees receive continuous performance feedback while developing core professional skills including:
- Operational coordination and execution management
- Structured communication and documentation
- Problem-solving in fast-moving real-world environments
- Exposure to leadership decision frameworks
During this phase, trainees receive an hourly-based compensation structure, with additional stipend support to cover work-related living and operational expenses.Advancement to full-time placement may occur at any time based on demonstrated readiness.
Phase 3 — Track Placement & Career DevelopmentUpon successful completion, trainees are placed into specialized career tracks based on strengths and organizational needs:
- Quantitative Research/Trading Track
- Financial Analyst Track
- International Trade & Business Operations Track
- Industrial Research & Market Intelligence Track
- Agricultural Strategy & Operations Track
The program is designed to provide long-term growth pathways into leadership and strategic roles.
Work Environment & Travel- Primary work location: Chicago Downtown office
- Initial onboarding includes occasional residency at our Illinois farm
- Occasional travel may be required based on leadership schedules
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Candidate ProfileWe are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong potential, adaptability, and a high level of professional maturity.
Preferred Background- Recent graduates or early-career professionals
- Majors in Economics, Management, Finance, STEM, or related fields preferred (all majors considered)
- Strong interest in business operations, leadership development, or strategic problem-solving
- Ability to start within a short timeframe is strongly preferred.
