Opening later this year this new service will provide comprehensive and integrated rehabilitation and recovery-oriented supports for some of our most vulnerable consumers.
We are building a multidisciplinary team comprising of various clinical and non-clinical professionals including: ✨ Allied Health Assistant (AHA2) ✨ Occupational Therapist (AHP1/2) ✨ Psychologist (AHP1/2) ✨ Social Worker (AHP1/2) ✨ Mental Health Support Worker (OPS2) ✨ Carer Consultant (OPS3) ✨ Aboriginal Health Practitioner (OPS4) ✨ Senior Peer Specialist (OPS4) ✨ Associate Nursing Unit Manager (RN2) ✨ Registered Nurse / Clinical Nurse (RN1/2C) ✨ Nurse Consultant – Drug & Alcohol (RN3)
