• Qualified painter with 3+ years of professional painting experience
• Proven airless spray painting experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience managing painting projects from start to finish
• Ability to lead and supervise a team on-site
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Good communication skills
• Current Australian Driver's License (preferred)
• White Card and own tools are advantageous
