- Leading cross-functional projects in banking and fintech domains
- Translating complex financial requirements into actionable technology solutions
- Managing end-to-end project delivery: initiation, planning, execution, go-live, and benefits realization
- Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including developers, analysts, testers, and external vendors
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards
- Driving continuous improvement in project governance and delivery models
- Managing stakeholder communication, reporting, and executive updates

What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in finance, banking, or fintech
- Proven experience in technology-driven initiatives (e.g., integrations, core banking, digital platforms, data migrations)
- Strong understanding of financial products and operational processes
- Technical acumen to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and resilient in complex environments
- Familiarity with Agile / Hybrid / PM2 / PRINCE2 / PMP methodologies
- Fluent level of Portuguese & English (mandatory);
- Availability to work in a hybrid environment 2 times per week in the office in Porto or Lisbon.
- Candidates must be residing already in Portugal.
