  • Head Chefs- 5 positions
  • Sous Chefs- 10 positions

Locations: Sydney, Regional NSW Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or assist in managing daily kitchen operations
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus with Modern Australian and Italian influences
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Oversee food safety, hygiene, and OH&S compliance
  • Mentor junior kitchen staff and support training initiatives
  • Collaborate with management on ordering, stock control, and cost management

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a Head Chef or Sous Chef role (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong background in Italian and/or Modern Australian cuisine
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • High attention to detail and passion for food innovation
  • Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
  • Culinary qualifications preferred (but not essential with strong experience)
  • Flexibility to relocate or work regionally (where required)
