Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include: • Assisting with fault escalation and resolution. • Contribute to the delivery and documentation of customer projects. • Configure, deploy and administer LAN, WAN, security and remote access technologies. • Support customers with a wide variety of platforms and technologies. • Build and configure desktops, servers and storage networking hardware. • Provide exceptional customer service • Ensure service tickets are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.
