Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include • preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies • planning menus and estimating food and labour costs • monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation • discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff • explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations • assisting with the training of staff PLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
