We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisors / Sales Assistants to join our new Lidcombe Shopping Centre store. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves beauty, enjoys helping customers, and thrives in a team environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one beauty and skincare consultations
• Demonstrate product use and makeup application
• Assist customers in selecting products suited to their needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest K-beauty trends and new arrivals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
• Participate in regular training and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales role
• A genuine passion for skincare and beauty
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Fluent in English; Korean language skills highly regarded
• Makeup and skincare application knowledge preferred
• Beauty certificate is a plus but not required
