Job description: Sushi Maker (Roll maker) / Kitchen Hand Main duties:

• Prepare sushi (rolls, nigiri, boxes)
• Cut and pack sushi for display
• Handle ingredients (rice, fish, vegetables)
• Keep food fresh and properly stored
• Follow hygiene & food safety rules
• Work fast during busy hours
• Sometimes serve customers or take order
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen area
• Prepare ingredients (cut vegetables, cook rice, etc.)
• Help sushi makers during busy times
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Basic food prep and packing
