Begin date: 3/11/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 15 Job Duties: This is an application for agricultural equipment operators, farm workers and laborers for a farm that grows tomatoes, sweet corn, berries, pumpkins, and garden vegetables along with other row and field crops, like triticale. All other duties assigned under this order will be both those duties of Agricultural Equipment Operator and Farm Worker and Laborer Crop, Nursery and Greenhouse, under the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment Statistics Standard Occupational Classification Codes 45-2091 and 45-2092. This is a skill level I position, and the employer requires at least 2 months of general farm labor, irrigation and agricultural equipment operator experience. This job order has multiple dates of need: 03/11/2026: 4 workers 06/10/2026: 11 workers Workers that possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable may drive vehicles to transport crops, equipment, supplies, and workers. Job Classification: 45-2091.00 - Agricultural Equipment Operators Experience Required: Yes Months of Experience Required: 2 Special Requirements: The employer agrees that it will offer, advertise in its recruitment, and pay at least the Adverse Effect Wage Rate (AEWR), the prevailing hourly wage rate, the prevailing piece rate, the agreed-upon collective bargaining rate, or the Federal or State minimum wage rate, in effect at the time work is performed, whichever is highest. The employer may pay a higher hourly rate based on tenured performance, the Employer may, at its discretion, pay higher hourly rates for workers performing specialized duties. If approved, these higher rates will be based on individual factors including demonstrated skill/knowledge after hire, demonstrated experience after hire, certifications, and performance, and will be offered to all qualified H-2A and corresponding U.S. workers on the same terms.
