- Minimum 2 years experience working in high-volume cafes
- Strong latte art skills are essential
- Confident managing the day-to-day operations of the coffee machine
- Able to handle 6–7kg of coffee per day
- Excellent knowledge of cold drinks, iced coffees, smoothies and shakes
- Fast, effective, and calm under pressure
- A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to travel between both locations (Wollongong NSW and Lake Heights NSW)
What we offer:
- 45 hours per week
- 1 weekend day required, working open to close
