About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to work closely with the Principal Consultant and support daily operations, client coordination, and administrative execution.You will be a key support person who helps organise priorities, manage details, and ensure work flows smoothly across multiple client matters. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative and coordination support to the Principal Consultant
  • Assist with preparation, organisation, and review of client documents
  • Communicate with clients professionally via WeChat, email, and phone
  • Manage invoices, expense records, and internal tracking spreadsheets
  • Maintain task lists, timelines, and follow-up reminders
  • Liaise with external partners such as accountants and lawyers
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and consistency in all work

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a PA, administrative, or office support role
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required (spoken and written)
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and supporting senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital document tools
  • High level of discretion and reliability when handling confidential matters
