Job Role:Servicenow ITSM Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site) Visa: h1B with PP ,EAD,USC Job Description: should be at least CSA and CAD certified

• Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM, and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organisation with a rapidly expanding customer base.
• Candidate must be organised and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST/SOAP.
• Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills.
• Experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request, Asset Management or other ITSM applications.
• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications.
• Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and other applications like ServiceWatch, GRC etc.
• Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
• Create and manage scripts and workflow.
• Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell.
• A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB and Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs – all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
• Experience with ServiceNow client- and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs
• Scripted Web Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
• Customising ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macros & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
• Custom UI Changes with the usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes.
• Experience with ServiceNow's ServiceWatch and/or Discovery tools
• Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
• Resources should be at least CSA and CAD certified; any other certification will be an added advantage.
