ABOUT USDream Maker Administration (DMA) is a values-driven organisation providing centralised HR, marketing, and safeguarding services to organisations operating in the community services sector. These services support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports that empower individuals with disabilities.We are seeking a highly capable and qualified Marketing Manager on a permanent full-time basis. The role involves overseeing the marketing strategy for two organisations operating in the community services sector, as well as one innovative app designed to support businesses in the same sector. This is a strategic, managerial position with responsibility for content & Brand management, and Digital Marketing & Analytics. ABOUT THE ROLE 1. Content & Brand Management
  • Develop and manage content calendars across all brands.
  • Produce high-quality digital content for social media, newsletters, campaigns, and video.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight stories, achievements, and impact.

2. Digital Marketing & Analytics
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, growth, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimise marketing activities for improved outcomes.

3. Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
  • Lead key marketing projects, including events, launches, and community campaigns.
  • Support business development through marketing strategy and collateral creation.
  • Contribute to branding and marketing development for new ventures.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with Operations, HR, Product to align marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, creatives, and marketing partners.

ABOUT YOUYou are a creative and strategic marketer who makes decisions informed by data. Highly organised and adaptable, you are comfortable working across multiple brands and managing competing priorities. You are a strong storyteller with excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills. You bring solid technical capability across SEO, digital advertising, analytics, and CRM systems. You will have 3–6 years of marketing experience and a demonstrated ability to produce impactful, audience-focused marketing content.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:
