IT Support Engineer to join our Düsseldorf office. In this role, you will provide hands-on IT support for our Germany and UK offices, ensuring the reliability of local infrastructure, devices, and enterprise systems. You will work closely with our global IT and Information Security teams to maintain secure and efficient IT operations across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive daily IT helpdesk support across the Germany and UK offices, covering hardware, software, and enterprise systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot local office infrastructure, including networks, servers, meeting room systems, and printers
- Execute local infrastructure deployments, routine maintenance, and IT procurements in alignment with global technical standards
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee IT setups, including onboarding and offboarding, device allocation, and access rights management
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance policies, including secure data wiping and protection of high-classification data during equipment recovery
- Implement enterprise security policies locally in coordination with the global Information Security, Legal, and Compliance teams
- Maintain accurate regional IT equipment inventory and manage local vendor communications
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the Europe offices and the headquarters IT team in China
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, network maintenance, and basic server administration
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools
- Solid hands-on experience with networking fundamentals (routing, switching, Wi-Fi, VPN) and AV / meeting room technologies
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese for collaboration with global teams
- German language skills at B1 level or above are preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently across distributed locations
- Service-oriented, proactive, and reliable in a fast-paced international environment
