As a Master Technician at Eco Auto Centre, you’ll lead the technical operations of our workshop. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, ensuring that our customers’ vehicles are road-ready and reliable. Be part of a family-focused environment that values collaboration, expertise, and customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles of all makes and models (cars and vans).
• Carry out repairs and maintenance for Class 4 and Class 7 MOT vehicles.
• Efficiently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with expert precision.
• Create and implement maintenance schedules to ensure peak vehicle performance.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior technicians, fostering teamwork and growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Expertise in diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and electrical faults.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including Class 4 and Class 7 MOT standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• A self-starter with a positive attitude who can lead a team and work independently.
• Full, clean driving license is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
