About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Practitioner to join Greenease in a part-time or full-time Clinical Governance Lead role, with an anticipated commencement between September and December 2026.This is a hybrid position with a strong work-from-home component, with the expectation of 1–2 days of in-clinic as future services expand. While this role includes a significant focus on clinical leadership, governance, service development, and team support, it will still remain a predominantly patient-facing role involving consultations and direct clinical care.Reporting directly to the Founder, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our clinical operations. You will lead the design and implementation of new services, oversee clinical policy development, support training and onboarding of new clinical staff, and help refine the systems and processes that underpin our telehealth and broader healthcare delivery.You will also provide oversight for complex or escalated cases and support other casual and contractor doctors across the team. Greenease will provide training and support to help you grow into the leadership aspects of the role. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical governance across Greenease and Totalease services
  • Design, implement, and refine new and existing clinical services
  • Review, update, and maintain clinical policies and procedures in line with current industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of clinical workflows across telehealth and future in-clinic services
  • Train, mentor, and guide new clinical team members, including doctors and other clinical staff
  • Provide oversight and support for escalated or complex patient cases
  • Work collaboratively with our broader clinical team, including nurses and pharmacists
  • Deliver patient consultations and ongoing clinical care
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the business through a clinically sound and commercially practical lens

  • Current full registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA
  • Minimum 3 years post-intern experience
  • Based in Australia with full work rights
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment across telehealth and developing in-clinic services
  • Confident using digital systems and technology in a remote care setting
  • Business-minded, proactive, and interested in service development and operational improvement

Desirable
  • Experience in medicinal cannabis
  • Experience in clinical governance, policy development, or team leadership
  • Experience training or mentoring other clinicians
  • Specialist registration is not required, but will be highly regarded
