Neo International Partners is leading a global campaign to identify and recruit experienced Project Director for major infrastructure projects across Canada. It is essential to have substantial at-risk/contracting experience to be considered for these roles. Candidates with predominantly consultancy or client-side experience will not be suitable for these positions.
- Qualifications and Attributes:Candidates should have 15 years of project management experience, specifically in infrastructure, tunnelling, and rail projects.
- Strong background in civil engineering, project management, and commercial acumen. This role requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to various project environments and is willing to travel as needed.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, contract types (e.g., NEC, target cost contracts, P3, PPP), and construction methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make strategic decisions.
- Open-minded and adaptable to different project environments and regional requirements. Experience in both general contracting and EPC/consultant roles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Preparedness to travel and work in various locations as project demands.
