Responsibilities
Design and Development:
- Collaborate with business units, application teams, and vendors to identify, evaluate, and implement technical solutions.
- Design scalable and efficient applications leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Propose innovative solutions for system virtualization, consolidation, and rationalization.
Technical Consulting
- Provide consultation on architectural design, development, and integration strategies for complex projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with technical standards and business goals.
- Offer guidance on long-term capacity planning and technology investments.
Planning And Execution
- Lead and participate in evaluating projects, initiatives, and technology integration opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Conduct cost-benefit and feasibility analyses for proposed solutions.
Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Assess and approve complex design solutions for enterprise-level projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical solution design for complex business challenges.
- Core Expertise:
- Java/JEE
- Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- AWS Technologies: Fargate, EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda
- Experience mentoring technologists (5+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Angular or jQuery is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible, Terraform, or Docker.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in financial or banking domains is a plus.
